Cosmic Capital Holdings Inc. believes refund policies should be plainly written and applied with fairness. This policy explains when refunds are available for our advisory, business formation, and strategic planning services.
Discovery calls are complimentary. No payment is taken and no refund is required.
If you cancel a signed engagement before kickoff, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, less third-party costs already incurred on your behalf and documented in writing.
If you cancel within seven (7) calendar days after kickoff, you will receive a refund of the deposit less a flat fee of $750 to cover onboarding, intake, and initial work product produced during that period.
After the seven-day window, the deposit is non-refundable because substantive work has been performed. Any unbilled future milestones may be cancelled and will not be invoiced.
If you cancel before we submit your entity filing with the relevant state, you will receive a full refund of fees paid, less state filing fees and any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
Once filings have been submitted, fees are non-refundable because the work has been performed and government filing fees are non-recoverable. If a filing is rejected due to our error, we will correct and refile at no additional charge.
Monthly retainers are billed in advance for the upcoming month and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by giving at least seven (7) calendar days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancelled retainers will not be charged for the following month. The current month's retainer is non-refundable because availability has been reserved and work has typically already been performed.

We respond within three (3) business days and, where a refund is approved, issue it to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.
If you have a concern about an invoice or charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work in good faith to resolve any dispute. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of services.
We retain discretion to issue refunds outside this policy on a case-by-case basis where fairness so requires.
